“33 The Series” is a Biblical manhood study designed to inspire and equip men to pursue Authentic Manhood as modeled by Jesus Christ in His 33 years on earth. Online Registration is strongly encouraged due to class size limitations (see details below).

During this study, men can look forward to challenging training sessions and straight talk about manhood. Each training session is led by a cross-cultural, multi-generational teaching team, each of whom has been expertly teaching related manhood material for several years. The training is video-driven and focuses on a new topic each week for six weeks. Each training session includes insightful teaching, inspiring real-life testimonies and documentaries, as well as thought provoking interviews.
We welcome men in every season of life to join other like-minded men on the journey toward Authentic Manhood. As a participant, you’ll connect with other men who are seeking the benefits of Authentic Manhood. You’ll begin to examine your own life through the lens of this study, becoming better prepared to face the challenges of manhood in community with other men.

The entire study consists of six Volumes (Training Guides) containing six Training Sessions each. For example, Volume 1 is entitled: A Man and His Design; Volume 2: A Man and His Story; Volume 3: A Man and His Traps, etc. Each Volume is topical in nature, meaning it focuses on a specific topic for 6 weeks; so, while we encourage you to take the training beginning with Volume 1, you may begin with any Volume in the Series, and still receive the benefits of that specific topic and teaching. That’s what this volume of 33 The Series is all about … setting you up to win as a dad. All six sessions are designed to help dads think strategically about how they play out their important role. It equips you with insights that will help guide you through key decisions and the great challenges of being dad.

Training for Volume 5, A Man and His Fatherhood, begins Wednesday, October 3, 2018, and will meet on Wednesday evenings, 6:30 – 8:00 PM, in the Calvary Christian High School Building (Room 309) for six (6) weeks–through November 14, 2018.
Online Registration is strongly encouraged due to class size limitations (18-24 Men).
Training Guides: You may purchase your Training Guide when you Register Online for $16.00. Training for Volume 6, A Man and His Fatherhood begins Sunday, August 12, 2018, and will meet on Sunday morning’s, 9:45AM – 10:40 AM, during the Life Group hour, in the Calvary Christian High School Building for twelve (12) weeks (Room 308)–through October 28, 2018.
Online Registration is strongly encouraged due to class size limitations (6-12 Men).

We envision the men who attend “33 The Series” energized by a clear and compelling vision of Authentic Manhood. We see these men striving to become men of noble character within the context of a community of trusted men, fostering a spirit of transparency, trust, encouragement, and accountability, as they seek to humbly serve their family, church, workplace and community in a way that honors God, and accomplishes His will for their lives
Our Mission
To provide a mutually supportive learning environment where men are inspired and equipped to pursue Authentic Manhood as modeled by Jesus Christ in his 33 years on earth. It’s a place where every man can examine his life through the lens of a study called “33 The Series,” and where men connect with other men to face the challenges of manhood in community with each other. It’s also a place where men are transparent with other men, and where they create and cultivate mutually supportive and trusting relationships that help keep them accountable to live-out the vision and the principles learned in Authentic Manhood, and where they earnestly seek to become men of noble character.
Our Values
- Biblically Based – The foundation for “33 The Series” and its related teachings are based upon the Holy Bible and the Scriptures contained in the Old and New Testaments. These Holy Scriptures are the source for this Biblical Manhood Study and contain the blueprint for a Gospel-centered, grace-based perspective of Authentic Manhood.
- Quality – This environment must have consistent quality from week to week. When men have a good experience, and know what to expect, they are likely to engage and feel more confident about inviting others to participate in the program.
- Opportunity – Every man will be invited to become part of a small group, and be afforded the opportunity to participate in a breakout session to process the material presented during the weekly video teaching sessions.
- Trust, Respect & Transparency – Discussions in the breakout sessions will remain confidential between members of each small group, and will not be shared outside that group. To receive the maximum benefit of this process, each man must be willing to engage and be transparent (open and honest) in their small group discussions.
- Community – Outside of this learning environment, men continue to interact in community with other men who desire to pursue Authentic Manhood as modeled by Jesus Christ in his 33 years on earth.
- Accountability – Using the biblical principles found in Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 that “Two are better than one…and Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken;” men are encouraged to form connections with other men who can help keep them accountable to walk-out the vision and the principles learned in Authentic Manhood.
- Humility, Persistence, Courage – Realizing that our actions, behavior, and our speech are the external evidence of what is really going on inside our hearts, men must be willing to humble themselves before God, asking Him daily to examine and strengthen the character of their hearts, so they can become men of noble character, committed to living in a way that honors Him.
