An Invitation to Investigate Truth
I have so many questions! This is often said when we witness an amazing act of strength, technical skill, or even an illusion. We are fascinated when the seemingly impossible occurs before us, and we ask questions to figure it out! Do we have the same level of interest in discovering truth with God?
The empty tomb invites skeptics but should invite investigation. The angel said to the women in Matthew 28:5-8 “Come and see.” This was an invitation to ask questions and discover the truth. In modern philosophy, many suggest that truth is relative. I submit that there are absolute truths that can be known. God is all-knowing and eternal, yet He can be known through a personal relationship.
He invites you to ask questions and explore Him through Creation, through personal relationships, and His inspired written Word. As you investigate honestly and openly, I promise that He will meet you where you are and help you see His love and His plan for the world and you.
