Bru31

Thank you for supporting Bru31, a mission of the Hub Student Ministry at Calvary Baptist Church!

Our purpose is to provide quality coffee and snacks you can eat on the go, but our ultimate mission is to meet our students and customers where they are and demonstrate Christlike love and compassion to them one cup of coffee at a time. Our proceeds will support local outreach opportunities and fund student scholarships so they can serve Christ on local and global mission trips.

Just as we aim to make Christ the center of our lives, we strive to make Him the very foundation of Bru31 as a business. The idea for the numbers in the name Bru31 originated a few years ago when Hub students were challenged to more actively spread the Gospel right where God had placed them. They were equipped to identify three people in their lives to share Jesus with and one person to continually disciple, so “31” reflects that desire. In addition to this, brewing coffee is a delicate, slow process where it takes time and intentionality for all of the ingredients to blend and come to fruition, just like a person’s journey growing in Christ, which is where the “Bru” comes from.
