Beginning June 6th, we begin a Couch to 5k Program. Led by Brooke Conklin, the group meets every Monday as a team from June 6th to September 12th (excluding holidays) at 6:00 p.m. to exercise, have a short devotional, and receive practical running/fitness lessons from experienced runners and guest experts. The program is open to people of all ages and fitness capabilities (walking, jogging, running). The program will focus on improving Physical, Mental, Nutritional, Environmental, and Spiritual Health.
