PRN Pool for The Gardens & Greenhouse

We are honored to be able to serve our community through the ministries of the Gardens and the Greenhouse. We provide assisted living for families and we care for mothers and fathers like they are our own. This is one way Calvary has carried hope to our neighbors.

These ministries are currently experiencing a crisis in employment. They are short-staffed and are struggling to recruit and retain qualified clinical workers. We have relied on job postings, contract labor, and working with local schools to recruit new employees; however, our needs are not being met. Our biggest challenge is dealing with last-minute callouts and/or no call, no shows. Therefore, we have a critical need for a PRN pool to call on in our times of need.

In order for us to serve well and to care for our residents, we need your help.
