We are hosting Calvary’s 4th annual Sleep in Heavenly Peace Bed Build on September 30th from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. We will take raw lumber and turn it into top-notch beds for children in our community. According to research, there are approximately 3,000 children who sleep on the floor. We believe that a bed is a basic need for the proper physical, emotional, and mental support that every child needs.
We are asking members of our church to volunteer with this amazing opportunity to help build beds for children in our city. You will help provide a tangible blessing and help transform a child’s life.
Come out on September 30th at SHP Headquarters – 4600 Miller Road, Columbus, GA 31909. You do not need to have any experience with woodworking to participate. We want to be a part of the solution so that no child sleeps on the floor in our city.
